Four of the Miss Black Collegiate USA Scholarship Pageant Sponsors – NCM Publishing, The Event Strategist, Urbania Magazine, &Inner Beauty Solutions invite sororities, On-Campus Student Government Organizations, or any non-profit organization that works with young collegiate women of African descent to submit a two-minute or less video of herself stating why she would make the best 2013 Miss Black Collegiate USA Scholarship Pageant Queen.
